Master / MBA in Digital Transformation

The Master / MBA in Digital Transformation Digital is a 12-month, fully online, bilingual program (English/French) designed to prepare professionals to lead digital change and innovation in international organizations. The program combines theoretical knowledge and practical application through interactive online courses, case studies, digital tools, and a supervised professional thesis.

With a flexible learning pace accessible 24/7 via the Nestor AI Campus platform, students can balance study with professional commitments. The program includes 16 core modules and 7 specialized modules in cultural transformation, covering areas such as AI, data analytics, strategy, finance, leadership, and sustainable innovation. Applications are reviewed four times a year – August, September, December, and March, with the next intake scheduled for January 2026.

Internships

Although the MBA is fully online, students can complete an optional internship or professional project to apply their learning in real business settings.

This experience helps them:

  •  Expand their professional network.

Duration: 3–6 months, on-site or remote, in France or abroad.
Upon successful completion of the program, students earn 60 ECTS credits (48 from coursework and 12 from the professional thesis), fully recognized across Europe.

Graduates are awarded a Master 2 – Innovation, Enterprise, and Society: Digital Transformation of Organizations (University of Haute-Alsace) and an MBA in Digital Transformation of Organizations (3iS International). Both degrees are officially recognized, attesting to a high level of expertise in strategic, technological, and managerial innovation.

This dual diploma prepares graduates for leadership and strategic roles in digital transformation, innovation management, and organizational change equipping them to guide businesses through technological and cultural evolution in a global context.
