Before you arrive in France

From the moment you are admitted, we make sure you feel prepared and welcomed:

• Personal welcome call: You will have a one-to-one conversation with an advisor to answer your first questions and help you plan your journey.
• Administrative support: Whether it’s visa applications, housing or health insurance, our team helps you navigate French procedures clearly and efficiently.
• Multilingual Welcome guide: You will receive a personalized booklet filled with practical information to make your arrival stress-free. 

Upon arrival

We believe your first days in France should feel exciting and inspiring-not stressful. That’s why 3iS provides:

• A welcome orientation session to meet our team, discover your program, and connect with fellow international students.
• In many cases, a full Integration Week with city tours, cultural activities, practical workshops, and ice-breaking events—everything you need to quickly feel at home.

And because we want to make your start even easier, every new international student receives a special welcome gift package, including:

• Airport pick-up and transfer to your residence
• A €100 grocery gift card
• A SIM card with one month of mobile data and calls
• A public transportation card
• Fun welcome goodies.
